“Canadiens’ Carey Price to Join Ring of Honour”

Montreal Canadiens’ goaltender Carey Price is set to be honored at the Bell Centre for his upcoming Hall of Fame induction. The ceremony will take place on November 10, a day after his official induction into the Hall of Fame. Price, who has spent his entire 15-year NHL career with the Canadiens, will join the prestigious Ring of Honour at the Bell Centre alongside other legendary players.

Throughout his career spanning 712 games, Price has posted impressive stats with a 2.51 goals-against average and a .917 save percentage. He holds the franchise record for most games played and victories as a goaltender. In addition to his on-ice achievements, Price has been selected as a seven-time all-star and was the fifth overall pick in the 2005 NHL Entry draft.

The special ceremony honoring Price will take place during a game against the Minnesota Wild. Fans will have the opportunity to show their appreciation for the iconic goaltender. The Canadiens will kick off their pre-season on September 19, with the regular season commencing on September 29 against the Toronto Maple Leafs.
