Morrisons is distributing over 27 tonnes of carrots for customers to offer to Rudolph and his companions as part of a festive promotion.
Starting from December 20 until Christmas Eve, shoppers can receive a complimentary carrot from the “Naturally Wonky” selection, subject to availability. These carrots may have slightly unconventional shapes or sizes.
Chris Smith, Senior Trader for Root Vegetables at Morrisons, expressed the company’s joy in spreading Christmas cheer by providing young customers with a free wonky carrot to leave out for Rudolph and friends on Christmas Eve. The Naturally Wonky range not only supports British farmers but also helps reduce waste while offering customers a cost-effective option with superb taste.
