The revelation of the missing license prompted demands from the Tories for her dismissal, citing violations of housing regulations.
Ms. Reeves disclosed emails exchanged between her husband and the agency, confirming the agreement with Harvey & Wheeler to handle the license application. However, the property manager who agreed to submit the application abruptly resigned before the tenancy commenced, resulting in the oversight.
