Smart Support automatically monitors broadband performance and promptly addresses speed or connectivity issues for customers. It offers instant troubleshooting recommendations to resolve any issues, aiming to prevent disruptions that can impact online activities like streaming or remote work.
Additionally, Virgin Media can remotely perform updates or repairs during off-peak hours to minimize disruptions for customers. In cases where a WiFi Pod or Hub upgrade is necessary for improved whole-home coverage, customers will be proactively contacted. If issues persist, customers can request an engineer visit at no extra charge.
