Darts Champ Luke Littler Mulls £50M Jungle Offer

Published:

Luke Littler recently hinted that he might entertain the idea of participating in the I’m a Celebrity jungle if a substantial £50 million offer was on the table, despite his reservations after watching the show. The 18-year-old darts prodigy has been closely following this season’s show to support his friend, Angry Ginge, whose appearance sparked speculation about Littler potentially joining the cast.

When questioned about the possibility of following in Ginge’s footsteps, Littler mentioned that he would consider it for the right price, stating, “Maybe, if they offer the right amount. I could see myself going for a short period.”

However, in a recent interview with talkSPORT, Littler expressed a change of heart, admitting, “After witnessing all these challenges, I don’t think I could handle it! It’s just not for me.” When asked if he would reconsider for £10 million, he declined, but when the figure was raised to £50 million, he tentatively responded with a “maybe.”

Despite his initial interest, Littler emphasized his aversion to the jungle environment, jokingly mentioning the presence of snakes and ruling out the possibility of participation. Meanwhile, as Angry Ginge prepares for his upcoming trials, Littler gears up to defend his title at the upcoming PDC World Darts Championship, where he aims to become the first player in a decade to retain the prestigious Sid Waddell trophy.

Scheduled to face Darius Labanauskas in the first round on December 11, Littler, the reigning world champion and current world No. 1 in darts, is determined to make history at the iconic Ally Pally venue.
