At 37 years old, Sánchez holds the title of Chile’s all-time leading goal scorer, having netted 51 goals for the national team, known as “La Roja.” His arrival has sparked excitement among fans, especially after a teaser video released by the club hinted at a major signing. The addition of Sánchez complements the presence of fellow Chilean Thomas Gillier, who serves as the club’s goalkeeper.
