Tragic Deaths at Cider Festival: Two Found Deceased in National Park

Two individuals were discovered deceased in a motorhome after participating in a cider festival within a national park. Emergency responders and law enforcement were summoned to Pound Lane in Burley, New Forest, where the bodies of a 38-year-old woman and a 45-year-old man from Blandford Forum, Dorset, were found. Medical personnel responded to the scene and reported the unexpected deaths to the authorities. The relatives of the deceased have been notified, and preparations are being made for a coroner’s report.

The Hampshire Constabulary spokesperson confirmed that the two individuals were found dead inside a parked camper van, with no indication of foul play. The police, in collaboration with the New Forest Cider event organizers, stated that the deaths were unrelated to the festival. The festival extended condolences to the families of the deceased, emphasizing that the tragic incident occurred privately and was not linked to the festival activities.
