Rightmove has released a list of the ten most popular homes viewed on Boxing Day 2025, which includes an £2.5 million eight-bedroom detached mansion and a £1.65 million countryside residence that boasts its own glamping units and commercial tearoom.

Steve Pimblett, the Chief Data Officer at Rightmove, commented on the variety of homes in the most viewed list for Boxing Day. He noted the diverse range of properties catering to different types of prospective buyers preparing for a possible move in 2026.
The list features an array of impressive large family homes with luxurious amenities, as well as well-maintained smaller properties suitable for potential first-time buyers. Properties from England, Scotland, and Wales all made the top ten, showcasing a mix of urban locations with easy access to major cities and homes situated near green spaces offering privacy.
