It was the coolest moment ever. I mean, flying over that stadium, I was just imagining what I hope to do there.”

McIntosh, who claimed three gold medals at the Paris Olympics, has become a star in the world of swimming. She currently holds four individual long-course world records, including the 200m butterfly, 200m individual medley, 400m freestyle, and 400m individual medley. Her recent record-breaking performance in the 200m butterfly at the Canadian trials showcased her exceptional talent.

Despite facing illness after her record-breaking swim, McIntosh has since recovered and is fully prepared for the Pan Pacific championships. She emphasized the importance of staying healthy and focused on her goals. Representing Canada alongside a 42-member team, McIntosh is eager to make her mark at the prestigious event.
