An individual suspected of wielding a knife was apprehended by law enforcement for allegedly attacking police officers and civilians near a college in Bradford. Security personnel at the college initially detained the suspect before West Yorkshire Police took him into custody. The police have arrested a man in his 30s on charges of assaulting two civilians and two emergency responders, with additional allegations of a racially-aggravated public order offense and damaging a police vehicle.
