“Joshua Makes Weight Ahead of Bout with Jake Paul”

Anthony Joshua has successfully met the weight requirement for his upcoming bout against Jake Paul, accomplishing this two weeks ahead of schedule.

The former two-time heavyweight champion has been out of action since his defeat to Daniel Dubois in September 2024, where he suffered a devastating fifth-round knockout. After recovering from minor injuries sustained in that fight, Joshua underwent elbow surgery and returned to training.

Scheduled for a professional heavyweight showdown on December 19 in Miami, Joshua is anticipated to have an easy victory over the boxing novice, Paul. The bout will consist of eight three-minute rounds with both fighters using 10oz gloves. Joshua was notified that he must not weigh over 245lb for the match.
