“Darts World Champion Luke Littler Passes Driving Test on 7th Attempt”

Published:

Darts sensation Luke Littler is rejoicing after successfully passing his driving test, a momentous achievement after several attempts. The world champion aced his practical test on the first try, but his theory test proved to be more challenging.

At 18 years old, Littler faced six failures before finally conquering the theory exam. With this accomplishment, he is now legally permitted to drive. Colin Price Driving School shared a picture of the proud darts prodigy on social media, which Littler then reposted.

The caption on the post read, “Congratulations to Luke Littler on passing his driving test today at Warrington on his first attempt with ZERO driving faults.” This remarkable feat was acknowledged as an outstanding achievement.

During the summer, Littler shared his disappointment over his fifth theory test failure, falling just short of passing by two marks. However, in September, he finally succeeded in passing both the hazard perception and multiple-choice sections, barely making the grade in the latter.

Following his world title win in January 2025, Littler expressed his desire to use part of his prize money to buy a new car. His preference leaned towards a Mercedes A-Class, highlighting his evolving tastes as he climbed up the ranks in the world of darts.

Looking ahead, Littler is gearing up to defend his PDC World Championship title in December. Despite an early exit at the European Championship, he has secured a spot in the Players Championship Finals. The road ahead includes matchups against formidable opponents, with the top seed Gerwyn Price among those aiming to challenge his reign.

Littler, a prominent figure in the darts realm, is among the elite players set to compete in the upcoming World Championship. The tournament will kick off on December 11 at Alexandra Palace, with a revised format eliminating byes for the 32 seeded players, including Littler.
