Canada claimed victory over Puerto Rico with set scores of 25-16, 25-22, 25-10 in a best-of-five match.
Canada showcased dominance in various aspects of the game, leading in attacks with 42 compared to Puerto Rico’s 32, aces with 4 against 2, and garnering more points from errors at 17-12. The Canadian team also excelled in blocks, outperforming Puerto Rico 12-2.
Expressing satisfaction with the team’s performance, Canadian head coach Giovanni Guidetti praised the squad’s mental fortitude and focus throughout the match.
