“Balding Focuses on Racing Title Race, Misses Sister on TV”

Published:

Andrew Balding has admitted that he has not had the chance to watch his sister Clare on the TV show “Celebrity Traitors.” Despite Clare’s involvement in the program, Andrew, a prominent racehorse trainer, will be focusing on competing against Aidan O’Brien for the 2025 Flat trainers’ championship at Ascot this Saturday. Currently trailing O’Brien by £600,000 in second place, Andrew is gearing up for the final day of the title race.

While Andrew has not caught up on Clare’s performance due to his busy schedule with top runners, he plans to watch the show on iPlayer, possibly during the upcoming half-term break with his kids. Andrew expressed his regret at not following the show so far, mentioning his confusion about its rules.

Clare’s journey on “Celebrity Traitors” took a turn as she was eliminated from the show after receiving seven votes from fellow contestants, revealing herself to be a faithful participant. She shared her positive experience on the show, emphasizing her strategy of being kind to everyone.

Before her departure, Clare had formed a bond with Ruth Codd, an Irish actress who was subsequently eliminated. Ruth expressed her admiration for Clare and other contestants like Charlotte Church and Celia Imrie, highlighting their impact on her experience.

Reflecting on her role as a faithful participant, Ruth initially had mixed feelings but ultimately embraced her loyalty throughout the show. She appreciated the opportunity to interact with diverse personalities, contrasting her usual preference for solitude.

Earlier episodes of “Celebrity Traitors” saw the demise of Olympic diver Tom Daley and singer Paloma Faith at the hands of traitors. YouTube star Niko Omilana and EastEnders actress Tameka Empson faced elimination in separate Round Table discussions.
