Tragic Loss: Mother of Three Dies After Butt Lift

A mother of three, described as “loving,” has passed away following a Brazilian butt lift surgery. Alicia Stone, 40, a dedicated mother, was taken to Fundación Valle del Lili Hospital in Colombia after being found unresponsive in her hotel room at around 6:30 am local time on Thursday. Sadly, she was pronounced dead by the New York Police Department detective an hour later.

The cause of her death was reported as “unspecified cardiac arrest” by sources. Stone underwent a liposuction and gluteal fat transfer procedure on October 16, just a week before her passing. She was on pain medication and anticoagulants post-surgery and was recovering at a hotel. Her husband, Michael Stone, has expressed his intention to request an autopsy and investigate the circumstances surrounding Alicia’s death.

Michael shared with the Daily News that he received a call from the doctor in Colombia informing him of his wife’s sudden death. He expressed confusion and the need for more information regarding the events leading to her passing. He mentioned that Alicia seemed fine before the procedure and even told family members the day prior that she was feeling well.

A fundraiser set up for Stone’s family praised Alicia as a devoted mother and a public servant dedicated to protecting and serving others. The fundraiser highlighted Alicia’s kindness, courage, and compassion, stating that her unexpected death has deeply affected her loved ones and colleagues.
