Law enforcement was redirecting passengers to unaffected sections of the airport, urging cooperation during the situation. Following the incident, the BSO’s Bomb Squad Unit confiscated the bag in question, as reported by WSVN. Authorities have not disclosed additional details regarding the event. Current reports indicate security wait times of 15 to 25 minutes throughout the airport, according to CBS12 News.
