“Virgin Media Offers Free Sky Atlantic to Subscribers”

Virgin Media users who subscribe to Sky Entertainment channels will soon receive Sky Atlantic for free starting next month. This addition includes popular shows like Heated Rivalry, Under Salt Marsh, The Last Of Us, and Amadeus without any increase in bills. The update will be available to Virgin TV 360 and Stream box customers starting April 1.

To access Sky Atlantic programming, users simply need to tune in to channel 111 on the Virgin TV platform. Additionally, content will be accessible on-demand and via Virgin TV Go. David Bouchier, Chief TV and Entertainment Officer at Virgin Media O2, expressed that the addition of Sky Atlantic aligns with their commitment to providing valuable entertainment to customers.

In parallel, Sky has revealed a new Ultimate TV plan that includes premium channels such as Disney+, Netflix, Hayu, and the upcoming HBO Max app. Priced at £24, this plan will be accessible on Sky Glass, Sky Stream, and Sky Q platforms. Sophia Ahmad, Sky’s Chief Consumer Officer, emphasized that this update signifies a new era for Sky and NOW, bringing together Sky, Netflix, Disney+, HBO Max, and Hayu in a single subscription.

This development from Virgin Media coincides with Sky’s major announcement, showcasing a range of enhancements for TV viewers.
