A popular social media figure has sadly passed away due to an uncommon complication following a home birth, leaving her husband to mourn her loss.
Stacey Hatfield, known professionally as Warnecke, was a well-known nutritionist based in Melbourne, Australia. She gained a significant following on various social media platforms by sharing her journey of overcoming health issues through healthy eating. On her website Natural Spoonfuls, she shared her struggles with digestive problems, skin issues, low energy, and weight management challenges.
Tragically, Stacey’s husband Nathan revealed that she passed away on September 29 while giving birth to their first child, Axel, at their home. Although Axel was safely delivered, Stacey was rushed to the hospital where, despite the medical team’s efforts, she could not be saved.
In a heartfelt tribute, Nathan described Stacey as his “soul mate” and expressed his profound loss at her passing. He reminisced about their wedding in the Maldives, calling her the light of his life and emphasizing her positive impact on him.
Nathan further shared that Stacey had a deep love for nature and a simple, stress-free lifestyle. He highlighted her joy in pregnancy and her dream of becoming a mother, which she fulfilled by welcoming Axel into the world in the manner she had always envisioned.
Reflecting on their shared adventures and Stacey’s professional achievements, Nathan praised her entrepreneurial spirit and dedication to promoting a healthy lifestyle through her ventures, including ‘Natural Spoonfuls’ and ‘Waffl’.
In his final words of remembrance, Nathan expressed gratitude for the outpouring of support during this difficult time and acknowledged the lasting impact Stacey had on those who knew her. He fondly described her as a vibrant and caring individual, leaving a lasting memory of her infectious smile and kind-hearted nature.
