“Baileys x Terry’s Chocolate Orange Liqueur Takes Festive Season by Storm”

Published:

As the holiday season draws near, many are reaching for a Terry’s Chocolate Orange, a classic treat loved by many. However, this year brings a new twist with the introduction of a Terry’s Chocolate Orange Baileys flavor.

The limited edition Baileys x Terry’s Chocolate Orange Irish Cream Liqueur, priced at £11 and available nationwide online and in stores, combines the smoothness of Baileys Original Irish Cream with Terry’s iconic chocolate and tangy orange. Having had the opportunity to try it before the festive season, one surprising aspect emerged during the taste test.

While some prefer to enjoy Baileys on the rocks, I personally like to mix mine into a cocktail, even if it’s just with milk. To fully savor the flavor, I sampled the Terry’s chocolate version both with milk and on its own, and the initial observation was its pale color, reminiscent of the original Baileys.

Upon tasting, the zesty orange notes were prominent, although I felt a stronger presence of chocolate would have enhanced the experience, given my love for chocolate. For those seeking a more chocolatey taste, mixing it with chocolate milk could be an option worth exploring.

Despite my preference for a bit more chocolate intensity, I found the product enjoyable and believe it would make a wonderful Christmas gift for a loved one or friend. Keeping a bottle on hand for festive after-dinner cocktails, garnished with whipped cream and chocolate shavings, could elevate the experience.

Excitement has been brewing online since Baileys announced the flavor on their Instagram page in September. Comments like “Oh my God, I need this” and “so good” reflect the anticipation among consumers.

While I may not be ready to part with my beloved Terry’s Chocolate Orange just yet, having a glass of the new Baileys version alongside it is definitely something I’m looking forward to.
