“US Congressional Committee Calls on Ex-Prince Andrew for Epstein Testimony”

Published:

Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor, the ex-Prince Andrew, has been called upon by the United States to provide testimony regarding Jeffrey Epstein. Congressional investigators have expressed their desire for his cooperation in revealing the accomplices and supporters of Mr. Epstein.

Representative Robert Garcia, a member of the House Oversight Committee, sent a letter to the former Prince, urging him to participate in a recorded interview. The letter highlights Prince Andrew’s close ties with Epstein and the allegations of sexual involvement with Virginia Giuffre during his teenage years, which the Prince has consistently refuted.

The correspondence sets a deadline of November 20, 2025, for Prince Andrew to respond to the Committee’s request.

The Committee on Oversight and Government Reform is seeking Prince Andrew’s cooperation in uncovering the network of individuals associated with Jeffrey Epstein’s criminal activities. Given the documented connections between Prince Andrew and Epstein, including shared travels to various locations, the Committee believes Prince Andrew may possess critical information relevant to the investigation.

Allegations made by Virginia Roberts Giuffre, accusing Prince Andrew of sexual misconduct when she was underage, coupled with flight records showing Prince Andrew’s presence on Epstein’s plane during the period of illicit activities, have raised concerns about the nature of their relationship and financial transactions.

Furthermore, recent developments, including an investigation in the UK into allegations of Prince Andrew orchestrating a smear campaign against Ms. Giuffre, indicate a pattern of intimidating behavior towards victims.

In light of these circumstances, the Committee requests Prince Andrew’s willingness to participate in a recorded interview to provide insights into Jeffrey Epstein’s associates. The urgency and seriousness of the matter prompt the Committee to seek a response by the specified deadline of November 20, 2025.

For any inquiries regarding this matter, the Committee Democratic staff can be contacted at (202) 225-5051. Thank you for your prompt attention to this request.
